I have been given the great opportunity to wood fire with Lisa Skog, Chris de Takacsy and Chris Sora. I've learned (and I still am) a lot from them. Our wood firings range from 16 to 24 hours to reach cone 10 and sometimes higher. During the firing ash and flame engolfs the clay bodies, turning the ash into glaze. I love to play (as usual) with textures and different applied glazes. I'm still in the learning process and I guess it will never change with this type of ceramic art.
